Do you need to come out before quoting?
Usually not. The address, the number of stories, the roof type and a sidewalk photo are enough for most Florin homes. A visit is only needed for an unusual roof or a large commercial job.

Do the lights stay on all night?
The timer at the plug sets the hours. Most customers run them from dusk to around ten or eleven, and the timer can be changed any time.

Can you do a duplex or a rental I own?
Yes. Send the address and the parts you want lit the same as for any house. We just need access to the front and an exterior outlet.
