Where Parkway is
Parkway sits south of the city line between Franklin Boulevard and Highway 99, with Florin Road through the middle and Center Parkway running north and south. It became its own census place in 2010, carved from the old Parkway-South Sacramento area. The houses go back to the growth years around Florin Road in the late 1950s and early 1960s, with a second wave from the 1970s through the 1990s. Parkway Estates is the named subdivision most people know.

C9 LED bulbs clip to the gutter lip along the front roofline and the garage gable, with the line cut to the roofline so it runs straight. On a two-story home the upper eave gets the main run, done from ladders. Where there is no gutter, the clip goes on the shingle edge. A timer at the exterior outlet turns the lights on at dusk and off at the hour you choose.
Additions on these lots are usually at ground level: stake lights along the walk and driveway, lit shrubs under the windows, fence line lights on a corner lot, garland and a warm-white pre-lit wreath at the door. A mature front-yard tree can be wrapped in a spiral, trunk and main limbs, with a set number of strands per foot. Warm white or multicolor, your choice.
